Together in this workshop we will explore what are each of our unique “Vital Few” habits that when mastered, really give us a rock solid foundation, help us let go of “shoulds”, naturally take care of many “to do’s” and allow us to really enjoy life. With greater awareness to each of our needs and some success strategies implemented, we can simplify our lives and build a healthier, happier relationship with ourselves and therefore healthier happier relationships with others.
