The historic Bear Lodge was the first log building to be completed at Island Lake. It is home to the grand river-rock fireplace of striking blue and red rock from the Wigwam River, south of Fernie as well as the Bear Bistro Restaurant & retail store. There are seasonal hours of operation & private bookings so be sure to check our calendar or call our reservations team.
